Growing up in a large family with 5 children, dinner time was always important.  We sat down at exactly 5pm every night to share dinner.  I began my cooking career helping prepare meals for the family and continued from there.

I attended the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts where I graduated with honors.  I continued on to Davio’s in Brookiline Ma. where I was the baker, pastry chef, and eventually became the head chef. 

I then moved on to opening several restaurants in the Boston area where I was able to establish great working relationships with local vendors and farmers. I then opened my own restaurant Plates in Newton Ma. I spent seven years at Plates and then I decided to exit the world of restaurant management to work more closely with individuals.

I enjoy cooking a wide variety of cuisines from gourmet Italian to home style cooking.  I still retain a love for baking and pastries so don’t forget about adding desserts back in. I cater all size parties and can help you to plan your event.
